Elect Her
We’re building a world where 51% (or more!) of elected officials are women! We are a non-partisan organisation working to motivate, support and equip women in all their diversity to stand for political office, in Britain, and thrive once there. We demystify the process of standing for elected office, and support women at each stage of their political journey, with knowledge, confidence and skills. There are four stages and different approaches needed at each - we have training, workshops, online resources and community for women targeted at each stage: 1. Getting Started in Politics – The nuts and bolts of understanding democracy, we make it easier to navigate with online resources and advice. 2. Ready To Get Involved – Working out how and where you want to take the next steps to participate in politics...we have training, workshops, online resources and community to help. 3. Selection & Election – Taking the plunge and standing for something is a big deal whether with a party or as an independent, we'll skill you up for your campaign, alongside providing peer-to-peer support and advice clinics. 4. In Elected Office - We want women to thrive as an elected representative, a global survey last year of politicians demonstrated that the key things on politicians wish lists were: coaching, mentoring, peer-to-peer support, training and therapy - and we work to help provide those.

Electoral Reform Society Cymru
The Electoral Reform Society Cymru operates on a simple premise – that politics can be better than it is. We are campaigning for a better democracy in Wales, and across the UK. This includes increasing participation, political education and better engagement with our political institutions. This group now has over 80 members and is working to improving participation in this year’s local government elections.

First News
First News is the UK’s original news brand for children. Since 2006, our weekly newspaper, digital app and teaching resources have helped millions of young people stay informed about what's happening in the world around them, both at home and in school. Our mission is simple: to give children the facts, support their understanding, and spark curiosity about global events. In an era of misinformation, polarisation and unregulated online content, First News has never been more vital. We provide a trusted, calm and balanced space where children can make sense of complex issues and feel empowered to form their own views. We believe every child deserves access to reliable, age-appropriate journalism that builds understanding rather than anxiety. As media and information literacy becomes part of the national curriculum, children will soon learn, formally and consistently, to spot fake news, question the information they encounter, and think critically from primary school onwards. For nearly 20 years, First News has championed these skills, helping young people read between the headlines and navigate information safely and confidently. We are proud to support this new direction for education and excited to help equip every child to thrive in an AI-driven, hyper-connected world.

We’re 300,000 Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers, who come together to laugh, learn, explore and have adventures, in communities across the UK and virtually.
