Save the Children

Save the Children exists to help every child get the chance of a future they deserve. In 118 countries around the world, we make sure children keep safe, healthy and learn.

With global Save the Children members, our shared ambition is that by 2030; no child dies from preventable causes before their fifth birthday; all children learn from a quality basic education and that violence against children is no longer tolerated. Together with families, supporters and partners, we provide live-saving short-term help and push for deep-rooted social change, to help children take their future into their own hands.

In the UK, we work to address child poverty by uniting families and schools, ensuring the poorest children get help. We provide emergency grants, build positive home environments and campaign for children’s futures such as social security support. We support young people across the UK with the tools and platforms to have their voices heard on the issues that matter most to them.
