Modern Studies Association

The Modern Studies Association (MSA) is the professional association of Modern Studies teachers in Scotland. Founded in 1972, its purpose is to promote and enhance the teaching of Modern Studies in Scotland. With a membership of over 500 teachers, the association works with a number of educational partners including the SQA, Education Scotland and the Scottish Parliament Education Service.
