This scheme of work introduces learners to party conferences and their purpose.
It aims to make young people aware of party conferences, when and where they happen, and who and what they are for.
The scheme of work is made up of an assembly, which can be delivered by a teacher or Iearners, and which contains a quiz about the locations of various UK political parties' annual conferences.
The scheme of work was created by Votes for Scholes and teachers may wish to deliver this scheme of work alongside the others in their programme, which cover different aspects of politics and elections in the UK.
