This lesson plan supports teachers to deliver a lesson about their class' local MLAs. Learners will start by thinking about democracy, its purpose, and what can help or hinder it. They will then research their constituency, any locally salient issues, and the names of their MLAs. This is the English language version of the lesson and it is designed for KS3.
