This A4 voting passport explains the reasonable adjustments polling staff must provide, to help voters with disabilities or additional needs vote independently and with confidence.

It includes a space to record any support needed at the polling station, details of who the voter would like to support them (and whether that supporter is eligible to vote in the UK), and guidance on the law that protects a person's right to vote regardless of mental capacity, so that voters and their supporters can stand firm if this right is questioned.

Reasonable adjustments at polling stations are a legal requirement, and this passport is designed to be handed directly to polling staff to make that process straightforward.
