These slides cover how local politics can create change in people's lives, to help young people aged 16–18 think about the impact of local democracy. They walk through how local issues connect to local politics, and how change can happen at a local level. Made by the Electoral Commission and Simple Politics; this is the first of five activities in the scheme.
