Work of an MLA | Northern Ireland

This lesson covers the roles and responsibilities of Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), including their work as law-makers, scrutinisers, and representatives. Learners will watch a video and complete interactive activities in which they role play as an MLA responding to constituents and asking questions in the Assembly Chamber.
It is designed to be delivered alongside the other lessons in the 'Introduction to the Northern Ireland Assembly' scheme of work.
