Understanding politics: The House of Lords | Wales
This lesson covers the structure and responsibilities of the House of Lords. Learners will understand how people become peers and what their work involves. Then, they will think about how peers apply their experience to their work and who they would like to see nominated to join the House of Lords.
This lesson can be delivered as a standalone session or as one of four sessions in the 'Understanding politics' scheme of work.
