Run a referendum | England

This lesson covers how to run a meaningful referendum or issue-based vote in your school, tailored for schools in England. Students will decide on an issue important to them, campaign and advocate for their chosen issue, then take part in a vote. This lesson can be delivered in one or across a number of lessons, and can be adapted for use in youth groups.
