Getting your voice heard | England

This lesson covers the different civic and democratic rights citizens have, with a particular focus on how to exercise those rights. Young people will explore different ways of exercising their rights, whether that's voting, writing to their local representative, or engaging with different democratic structures. This lesson can be delivered on its own or as part of the 'Civic and democratic participation programme: Political literacy' scheme of work.
