Assembly on understanding voting | Wales

This assembly introduces young people to politics, democracy and elections in Wales. Learners explore why democracy matters, how elections work and the importance of participating in democratic life through an interactive session.

English- and Welsh-language versions are available, and the assembly can be delivered as part of the Welcome to Your Vote scheme of work, as a standalone session or during an off-timetable or drop-down day.
