National Association of Boys & Girls Clubs Conference and Awards 2024

The NABGC Annual Conference and Awards Dinner comes to Wales for the first time. The day and evening will be held under one roof at Cardiff’s Leonardo Hotel. The day conference will feature keynote speakers and a number of informative workshops, all around our theme:

#QualityMatters - The Impact of Youth Work.

We will cover topics such as partnership working, funding, marketing your clubs and leadership & management, all through the lens of quality. As well as shining a light on the impact of quality youth work via a brilliant Q&A Panel with 5 of our very on young people. Attending the conference is a brilliant chance to network and get to know people from other clubs, including some from the USA. You'll definitely come away with new contacts, some new learnings and ideas to put in to action. This is an event not to be missed!

The evening will take us to a dinner and celebration where we will be joined by special guest Lewis Richardson, NABGC’s #StartSomewhere Ambassador, and Team GB bronze medallist at Paris 2024 olympics for a Q&A. Our sponsors will also present awards to our young people, volunteers and clubs - this is your opportunity to recognise your leaders, and volunteers for their contributions so make sure to get your nominations in asap!
